COS Ag Ambassadors participate in several of the Ag Department activities on and off the farm. This group is responsible for recruitment into the Ag Department by taking part in Career Fairs and Classroom visits at local high schools. One of the major activities of the group is to inform the public about agriculture and ag education.

They do this is by providing and manning booths at the Farm Show and State FFA Conventions and taking an active role in the community by hosting local schools to a pumpkin patch and giving tours of the COS Farm. This group also has taken part in the only Ag Ambassador Conference at Cal Poly every year in January.
